Using free weights, and a host of other equipment this 50 minute intense session lives up to its name, toning and sculpting your muscles. This is not your traditional workout class, as we combine elements of strength training, high intensity interval training, with light weights and high reps for ONE killer class. BOX+TONE is an exhilarating 45 minutes of high intensity interval training, with a 5 minute stretch sesh at the end. This class is upbeat and fast paced combining cardio boxing and a strength exercise circuit designed to condition and sculpt your body. We utilize our most innovative equipment in our studio, along with incorporating our state of the art free standing punching bags and BOA mitts. Prepare to be empowered! No previous boxing experience necessary.
TONEBARRE is a stimulating barre workout that tones the entire body. With the aid of ballet bars and mirrors, participants will pulse their way through a series of moves to balance the body, improve endurance, increase flexibility and enhance posture. This class is choreographed to upbeat music and incorporates ballet barre, yoga and pilates. Also offered in a 30 minute variety!
