TONE YOGA FLOW
If your body feels restored and relaxed, and you want to challenge yourself further, Tone Yoga Flow is designed to take your yoga experience to the next level. This class offers a variety of postures that challenge the body to expand its range of motion using poses and breathing cues. Beginners and advanced participants welcome. Be prepared for a moderate physical workout.
This class combines the energy and power of Vinyasa with the passive yin energy of restorative yoga. Students begin with 40 minutes of Vinyasa flow followed by 20 minutes of restorative postures. The session then culminates by guiding students into a meditative and deeply restful state. Each phase of this beautiful class works to strengthen the body and soften the mind. All Levels.
This class guides participants through a series of long-held poses, reaching deep into muscle fibers to heal the body. This trance-like session empowers the mind and body to work together to release tension of the fascia and inter-connective muscles, creating better circulation, mobility, while enhancing emotional and spiritual connections. Most poses are held while seated or lying down. All levels welcome.
